It is a mechanical switching device that can connect, load and break the current under the normal circuit and can connect, load and break the current within a period of time under the unnormal circuit.

The MCCB is applied in the distribution network circuit of AC50Hz, with rated voltage up to 690V, rated current up to 800A. It is used to protect circuits and power-supply equipments from damage of overload, under-voltage,short-circuit,etc, can also be used for infrequent starting of motor and provide overload, short circuit and under-voltage protection for the motor. Exact and facility setting up of the protection characteristics for electronic type release and intelligence type release. The intelligent type release has serial comunication interface, can comply with the request of communication.
The MCCBs are meet requirement of IEC / EN 60947-2.

Normal working condition
The MCCB applies to the following working conddition
A. Ambient air temperature ≤+40℃ and ＞-5℃
B. Altitude ≤ 2000m
C. Air relative humidity is under 50% at +40℃, it permits upper relative humidity at lower temperature, the most humid month's lowest temperature does not exceed +25℃, the month's average relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
D. Class of pollution:class 3. There are no gas and electric conduction dust which may explode, dipping and broken insulation.
E. Installation type: Ⅲ
F. The "1,3,5,N1" terminals connect with power supply, the "2,4,6,N2" terminals connect with load, can not mixed.
G. The MCCB's installing surface should upright with level, upright installing , the power supply terminal should at upside , load terminal should at underside, it also can be landscape orientation installing.
The product shall be operated under the following environmental conditions:
● Does not contain corrosive gases and vapors in concentrations destroying metals and insulation;
● Not rich conductive dust and vapors;
● Lack of direct exposure to ultraviolet radiation;
● Should not be signifinant shock or vibration.
Transport ans storage are only permitted in the original packing.
The ambient storage temperature:-45...+60° C and humidity not above80% (at 25° C without condensation).
Installation and operating
The electrical work shall be performed by qualified personnel.
Before performing wiring work, turn off the upstream circuit breaker and ensure that no curren is flowing through the breaker to be wired.
Failure to do so may expose you to shock hazard.
When connecting any wire ,tighten the terminal screw to the torque specified in this manual. Failure to do so may cause a fire.
Do not install the breaker in an abnormal environment. Protect the circuit breaker so that the foreign particles,such as dust,concrete or/and iron power, water and other moistures will not enter the breaker. Failture to do so may make the breaker inoperative. Connect the circuit breaker to power supply appropriate to the rating voltage. Failure to do so may make the breaker inoperative or damage it. The breaker is installed in a plastic or metal box on a mounting plate with latches having two fixed positions. Power can be supplied from both the upper and lower contacrts.Terminals allow to connect copper or aluminum conductors.Before connecting standed conductors, they must be tipped using an appropriate tool.
